Paul Modrowski is a prisoner in Stateville Prison in Crest Hill, Illinois.
Paul was sentenced to life in prison with no parole at 18 on "accountability" theory for supposedly lending his car to a friend who murdered a man although the friend was acquitted by a different jury.
Paul has been in maximum security prison for over 25 years. Paul has autism.
