Paul's Birthday!

Paul's birthday is this month and I thought we could flood the prison mail room with cards for him! I'm sure he isn't happy about being another year older so if you decide to send him a card be careful about the message.  I'm looking for a card that says "Thinking of You" instead of "Happy Birthday" but that may be hard to find.  (He has no access to the Internet so if I can get some old photos of him I will post them!)     Posted by April

    1. Yes, I just looked at it! And YES he's smiling!! I haven't seen that big smile in a long time! I think a few people have commented about it so he decided to smile this time! Paul, you are still very handsome!

    2. I bet there's a lot of CUB fans in Stateville--so there was lots of loud cheering!
I also bet Paul is a fan.

    3. No way. Paul would definitely be a Sox fan.

    1. LOL ! Paul was very happy that Trump won the election! I am too! The thought of the Clinton's living in OUR White House again was like a nightmare.

    2. Who can forget the image of then-president Bill Clinton poking a cigar in that young intern's body (Monica) while they fooled around in the Oval Office? The Clinton's are the deplorables! Tell Paul I'm happy Trump won too!

    3. Bill did that. Not Hilary.

  4. Yeah come back Paul and make a post on your thoughts of Trump's victory and how Trump will help America in your opinion. You have great insight that you can offer to us Americans who are worried about a Trump Presidency.

    1. Whoever you are, I hope you're not teasing Paul and getting his hopes up (and his family's). We read newspapers and know a lot of inmates will be moved to other facilities, but it seems only those deemed insane will be moved--and that is NOT Paul !!

  11. I just came across this blog. Paul's story is just heartbreaking. I broke down and cried off and on for hours while I reading his entries through the years. I think he would make a great minister when he gets out. In a month now I heard? And a model too! Very, very handsome man.

    1. He wouldn't wanna be a minister. He's an atheist.

But he's surely handsome, you're right!

  19. happy belated birthday! I am so happy Paul, the spot of blood DNA in Robert's car has been sent out and if it comes positive for Dean Fawcett, it will prove your innocence and Robert's guilt.

You could be exonerated. If you get exonerated with DNA evidence, you can sue for more then somebody who spent 24 years in prison because you have autism which means you can also sue for discrimination in addition to wrongful imprisonment. Paul, you deserve justice and I am staying by your side.

I am a Libertarian socialist and I am disgusted that Sruthi would use her political views against you!

I didn't vote for Clinton this year I voted for Jill Stein because she wants to get rid of forced immunizations and eliminate the Federal Reserve which is about time we do. She's not a socialist, but she's a dedicated environmentalist.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. thats great. But if the dna comes back prove Paul is innocent and he is exonerated, Faraci still cannot be charged with Fawcett's murder due to the double jeopardy law. So either way Faraci gets away with murder, no justice for Fawcett's family.

FYI: I am advocating for Paul's innocence and release and believe Faraci committed the murder, not Paul. I just do not think its right that Faraci can brag about getting away with murder all because of one stupid law.

      Delete
    2. Does faraci brag about it?

      Delete
    3. do not know for sure whether he brags about it or no, but the principle behind it. Same goes with Casey Anthony. Due to the Double Jeopardy Law, these people cannot be retired no matter how much evidence is against them or how obvious their guilt is.
Bottom line, if DNA proves Faraci murdered Fawcett, Faraci gets away with the murder.

      Delete
    4. Is this true? Was the DNA sent out to be tested??

      Delete
    5. Yes but the results will take a long time and I fear even if it proves that Faraci really did use his car to murder Fawcett, Mad dog McKay being the proud neo-fascist bafoon that he, is will refuse to aknowledge that he was wrong and have the wrong verdict against Paul to stand.

I fear this because Paul decided to show the cook county mafia that they weren't above the law and that even though he was disabled and was a suspect in two cases that his rights weren't going to violated by the state and two pigs hired by a then very disgusting and corrupt state. The main reason Paul is currently in prison is because he challenged the authority and tried to flex his rights.

Back in 2015 the justice department actually began to investigate cook county for violations of civil rights for using black site interrogation methods nearly all of the interrogations without a lawyer! https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/oct/19/homan-square-chicago-police-disappeared-thousands&ved=0ahUKEwiAw7uWnqrRAhWB4SYKHWX7C8UQFggvMAI&usg=AFQjCNEivHM80X4V1SZa-tKM1ADdZAy52Q&sig2=GUge0Q_xrLZDhWDAsmvtIg

So this means Paul could testify that the Palatine police department did this to him to as today, especially back in the early 90's it was common to target blacks Latinos and it Paul's cause people with high functioning autism and other learning disbilties

  24. This is very exciting!!! Yay Paul! Hopefully you'll have a lot more freedom in a medium security institution and that you'll be transitioning out into the free world under some kind of pardon or time served deal we are all hearing rumors about!!!

  34. Hey can someone tell us what's up with Paul. I read something about where he was going to be moved to another prison yesterday. Did it happen? If so where? Is it medium?

    ReplyDelete
  35. Maybe it's been delayed. Apparently there have been a lot of staff outages due to sickness.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I see that the person reporting this has vanished. I hope this was not all a hoax trolling as I feared.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I think Paul is smart enough not to believe random rumors.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Hello! No I am the one who was reporting. I have been out for a few weeks for medical reasons. I did take a sneak peak into Paul's file again when I reported back to work as I saw he had not been moved. Apparently there was some mix up on where he was going to be moved and they are working on straightening that out now. Typical prison beauracacy! I'm sure they have it sorted out here shortly.

    1. Oh stop. Troll.

Statesville monitors this blog, in all likelihood. And you saying youve been out for medical reasons , IDOC could figure out whom you are. No employee would put himself in that kind of risk to get fired. You are a troll.

      Delete
    2. And I don't believe for a minute that random employee has access to Paul's inmate file.

      Delete
    3. If you are for real, you will be fired soon. Now the warden will determine your identity from the information you have posted on this forum.

    4. I for one *do* think you're the troll from the earlier, "he's being moved!" comments. You have the same writing style.

I feel sorry that you have nothing better to do than get Paul's supporters' hopes up with your lies - what are you possibly getting out of this?

You are sick & truly need professional help.

  39. Thank you for the update whoever you are. Hopefully Paul has some notion that things are going on behind the scenes that are leading to a transition to a new location and then hopefully sometime after that his getting out. Fingers crossed!

  40. New out date for Paul was put in today! I'm afraid to say anything for fear of jinxing it.

  41. Paul's still in DaVille, oh well, let us write and he reads, return the favor, now's our turn. Ok, me first: Democrat Party is against everything good for mankind in general and America in particular, lost its freaking left mind completely and they either change or disappear, people had it with them. 2 examples: global warming (good for crops, longer growing season, one might think left is all for feeding the poor yeah right hahaha)...Democrat Party is being bitching about it and wants to fix it with...taxes on the civilized world. Yeap, that's how they fix the world temperature, adding a couple new taxes...idiots. And Palestine...can someone tell me first president of Palestine ?Or king, who was their first king? Or borders, what were their original country borders? Nobody can because, like the kurds, Palestinians (philistines) were never a nation and never had a country, EVER. Democrat Party keeps pushing a lie not because they give a damn about Palestinians but because this way they stick it to the only civilized guys in middle-east, the jews (about whom I could not care less one way or another). Ok, now I expect some democrats to come bitch about Trump and make me laugh some more, I've being laughing since election night, my face hurts :) and Trump was wrong...I'm not tired of winning. The hysteria of snowflakes on the left makes Trump's victory so much sweeter...to see the anti-mankind idiots losing despite having the media with them, the money from all corporations and rich cats, all poor morons voting for them and still to lose the election...priceless hahahaha. Ok, enough politics, let's talk real life: I'm pleased to notice Americans are great with chemicals :), my mother in law decided to have some leukemia, the good stuff you know, acute, but voala, crazy Americans have some pills patient takes and ...and life's ok, no throw up, no stuck in hospitals, you know, like diabetics, u got it but won't kill you. Well, after 1 year now original drug no longer working but hey, to be 81 and still kicking...I say drug was phenomenal. now they're switching her to 2nd drug in their arsenal, hope it works. Treatment costs about $9000 per month because the crooks in medical industry selling it, same drugs oversees are 1/10th the cost and no, you can't bring them over or ATf would like a word with you :), same freaking drug...oh well, we can't have good drugs and good prices in the same time wtf, then we won't need politcians to beg us to vote for them so they could fix the healthcare costs :) Sad part is the guys that come with good drugs are not the ones making a killing selling it...oh well, life's not fair and we have Democrat Party trying to screw things royally some more with their anti-middle-class agenda. Let's face it guys, politicians are for the filthy rich and for the filthy poor, you in the middle you screwed :) Ok, I'll be back checking liberals' insults at my comments, hope they are decent, I hate talking to illiterate low life self-hating anti-Americans punks so who wanna take a shot at me at least be smart about it. Oh, damn, I almost forgot, let me motivate liberals some more: we plan to make freaking Ivanka the 1st female President, not because she's qualified or anything but because that should surely make liberals' heads explode hahahahha
